    Spring Concert!

    The West Jordan City Band presents Spring Concert!

    Music is included that is sure to please everyone!

    The Band has been organized since 1995.
    The Band Conductor is Dellane G. Jessop serving since 1998.
    The Band Manager is Rodney Kofoed.
    The Band Librarian is Gundl Rundquist.

    The band will have 33 members this year coming from Bountiful, Provo, and West Jordan. The band was organized to provide...

    The Band Manager is Rodney Kofoed.
    The Band Librarian is Gundl Rundquist.

    The band will have 33 members this year coming from Bountiful, Provo, and West Jordan. The band was organized to provide our citizens who have played instruments before have a chance to play again.

    We rehearse every Thursday evening from 7:00 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. in the community room on the main floor of the West Jordan City Hall at 8000 S Redwood Road. If you would like to join the band you may contact Dellane G. Jessop - 801-561-5141 or Rodney Kofoed - 801-565-1614

    The West Jordan City Band Program will feature the following:

    Americans We - by Henry Filmore
    Circles of Light - by John Prescott
    The Lion King - arranged by John Higgins
    Lost But Not Forgotten - original work by Dellane G. Jessop
    Duke Ellington - arranged by Calvin Custer
    Emperata Overature - by Claude T. Smith

        About the artist:
        Fernando Espindola has been playing Andean music since his early teenage years in Bolivia. As a native of Oruro, the city famous for having the most elaborate carnival in Bolivia, he was exposed to a concentration of folklore that would be difficult to equal anywhere else.
