Carol Esterreicher in witch's costurme will tell a silly Halloween story based on the book, Night of the Paper Bag Monsters. Then parents can help their children as BroomStellaBella shows them how to make a paper bag monster puppet with the paper bags and all the trimmings provided. There will be fuzzy hair, plastic eyes, paper hands and feet, and lots of fun.
