    George Yancy is the author and editor of numerous books and publications focused on the critical philosophy of race, critical whiteness studies, and philosophy and the Black experience. His edited works include The Center Must Not Hold: White Women Philosophers on the Whiteness of Philosophy and What White Looks Like: African American Philosophers on the Whiteness Question. In addition, he has authored Black Bodies, White Gazes: The Continuing Significance of Race and Look, A White! Philosophical Essays on Whiteness.
