Judy Blunt, author, associate professor and former rancher will read from her latest essay "Cooking from Scratch." Blunt's essay appears in Wo/Men at Work, a fine press publication of Red Butte Press. Other writers from the At Work Lecture Series will be speaking as well. Book signing to follow.
