Internationalize Your Business: Focus on Exporting

Westminster College’s Center for China-America Business Studies and Catalano & Co. Management Consultants will co-sponsor a second event in its “An Uncertain World” series on Monday May 19, 2008 at 8 a.m. in the Special Events Room in the Dolores Dore Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center. 

The event is designed to introduce mid-size businesses to global exporting. It will feature hands-on training, case studies and expert speakers from a variety of international trade disciplines, including the World Trade Center of Utah and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

This 3-hour seminar focuses on making exporting a part of your everyday business. With the dollar near record lows against other currencies, now is the time to establish your products and brands across the globe. Seminar topics will include identifying distribution partners, finance, marketing, branding, packaging, logistics, customs regulations and more. Complimentary continental breakfast is included.
