Add Review/CommentJoin Utah Symphony's principal clarinetist Tad Calcara and his band New Deal Swing as they return to Abravanel Hall for an all-new evening of charts from the golden age of swing. Comprised of Utah Symphony musicians, as well as several of the state's finest jazz musicians, the band's repertoire focuses on swing music played by the great Big Bands of the mid 1930's. The evening features tunes by Artie Shaw, 'Sy' Oliver, Duke Ellington and many more.
