Istanpitta, an Early Music ensemble from Texas in their latest program Exiled, musical journey that explores the expulsion of the Jewish race from Medieval Spain and their travels to the Middle East. The program highlights the cultural fusion of Western and Eastern influences in Spain with songs, instrumental works and stories. All performed on period instruments while period performance practice.
