Watch 100 'street painters' create amazing chalk art murals on the streets of the Gateway! Presented by the Utah Foster Care Foundation, encouraging Utahns to 'Strengthen a Family, Become a Foster/Adoptive Parent.' Families can chalk their own creations in the Kids Korner.
