Program includes Mozart’s charming quintet for woodwinds and piano (which later inspired Beethoven to write a chamber work for the same ensemble), as well as rarely-performed Schumann Quintet for two pianos, two cellos, and French horn. Faculty will also perform two duets - Bachiana Brasileira No.6 for flute and bassoon by Villa-Lobos, and an arrangement of Liszt Paganini Etude No.6 (based on the 24th violin Caprice) for two pianos.
