	Royalty Pageant Presented by The Days of '47, Inc. at LDS Conference Center, Little Theatre April 13, 2013 An annual event since the 1940s, The Days of '47 royalty pageant is an opportunity for young women to create new friendships, recognize their pioneer ancestry and gain scholarship funds. A queen and two attendants are selected. 2013 applications are due April 2nd. Contact LDS Conference Center regarding complimentary tickets. 	The Days of '47 Parade Presented by The Days of '47, Inc. at Salt Lake City Downtown July 24, 2012 Colorful floats, bands, horses, clowns and other entries thrill thousands of spectators each year. Many families camp out on the streets the night before to ensure a great seat to catch it all the following morning. The Parade starts at State Street and South Temple.   This venue is a fantastic experience for kids and adults. Our grandchildren had a fabulous time being totally immersed in the culture of those who settled the Salt Lake valley so many years ago! This is a perfect activity for a family reunion, a family activity, or for introducing visitors to Salt Lake's unique history. Exhibits manned by in- character guides with fun hands-on activities for kids, live animals, train rides, historical buildings, a real Indian tee-pee and a fun new gift shop make this a memorable experience for all!   Joseph Paur is a great Singer and actor He should really make a cd of him singing!! I would love to have one!! It would be the greatest thing ever!! Please encourage him to make a cd!!
