Basin Arts Council

Basin Arts Council, an all-volunteer arts council, is located in Roosevelt, Duchesne County, and operates under the umbrella of the Duchesne County Chamber of Commerce. They sponsor and support all types of visual and performing arts programs for their community, including a community orchestra, community theater, artSmart Fest for children, Missoula Children's Theater and outside performing artists.
