    2009 Bluff Arts Festival 2009 Bluff Arts Festival Presented by Bluff Arts and Education Foundation November 13-November 15, 2009 Visual and literary creative energy inspired by Utah's lovely red rock river valley is the cornerstone of the 5th Annual Bluff Arts Festival. This year's theme, 'The River' features new events such as the 'Ecology, Geology and a Gold Mine' lecture hike; a public art participation/installation called 'The River's Gift'; and a plein air painting workshop, all which will take place beside the San Juan River.
