The Mundi Project

The Mundi Project gives Salt Lake area youth greater access to pianos, piano-education, and quality performance opportunities. The Mundi Project fosters a love of music in the world through its Piano Bank and Piano Ambassador programs. The Piano Bank Program increases access to instruments by taking donated pianos and placing them in public performance spaces, piano labs, and disadvantaged homes. The Piano Ambassador Program improves the quality of piano education by creating performance opportunities on world class pianos as well as multidisciplinary performance projects. Merging piano performance with visual art, poetry, modern dance, PowerPoint, and theatre lighting provides students with a broader scope of piano application as well as a greater appreciation of the arts.
