Comment on Facebook The Acoustic All-Stars Festival was founded in 2008 by Melody Pulsipher and Tyler Forsberg of Salt Lake City. As musicians trying to make a name for themselves, they quickly learned that there is a double standard in the music scene. Without a large following, most popular venues will not book you, but in order to build a following, you must perform where the people are.
