    Utah Arts Festival

    Utah Arts Festival

What started out as the Salt Lake Festival of the Arts for three days in June of 1976 featuring 55 visual artists, 43 performing arts groups and 8 food artists on a three block section of Main Street has blossomed into a 4 day event, featuring over 130 visual artists, more than 100 performing arts groups, 18 plus culinary artists and drawing 80,000 patrons each June at Library and Washington Squares. The Utah Arts Festival is the largest outdoor multi-disciplined event in Utah. Having garnered numerous awards internationally, nationally and locally, the event remains one of the premiere events that kick off the summer in Utah each June.

    Park City Performing Arts Foundation

Their story is one of humble beginnings, grand aspirations, luck, learning and incredible community support. In the mid-1990s, a small group of savvy locals came up with a scheme to partner with Park City School District in building a state-of-the-art theater. In 1998, after tremendous fundraising efforts, the theater opened its doors as The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. Park City Performing Arts Foundation has filled the center with dance, music, theater, comedy, children's productions and authors every year since then. In recent years, they have also plunged into outdoor concerts, presenting "Big Stars,…

The mission of the Moab Arts Council is to promote and support the arts in Southeastern Utah. This is done with the belief and understanding that arts activities, events and education provide for general community well-being while contributing to economic diversity. In the "big…

    Jazz Arts of the Mountainwest

You don't have to be a jazz enthusiast, a historian, a great patriot, or have an interest in America's youth to find an interest in Jazz Arts of the Mountainwest (JAM). That might be a good start. However, the JAM supporter is envisioned as someone who simply enjoys all types of live contemporary music, mainstream jazz, pop, or rock, an aficionado who acknowledges jazz (and related music) as one of the only original American art forms, a historian who enjoys tracing the fascinating history of American music to its roots in Africa and Europe, or one who recognizes the importance…
