Submitting events on NowPlayingUtah.com is easy as 1, 2, 3!

1) Verify Organization Information
First check to be sure your organization is listed and the information is correct.

You can search by org. name in the Advanced Search page at http://www.nowplayingutah.com/advanced_search.

If your organization is not listed or needs to be updated please send all information to utahinfo@bedynamic.com.

2) Submit Event Details
Arts and cultural events can be submitted in 1 of 2 ways:

Fill out a submission form online at http://www.nowplayingutah.com/submit/event
or
Simply send all event details to utahinfo@bedynamic.com

You can also include up to 6 high-quality photographs for each event. The better the images, the more likely your event will pull to the forefront of the site. Photographs must be in jpg format and no larger than 3 megabytes.

Please Note: All events must be submitted at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event's start date in order to be posted. If we receive your event info less than 3 weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that your event will be posted. We recommend submitting at least one month in advance for good visibility on the site.

3) Add BeDynamic to Mailing Lists 
Adding utahinfo@bedynamic.com to your mailing lists for newsletters, press releases, etc. is the easiest, most efficient way to post your arts and cultural events to NowPlayingUtah.com.

BeDynamic manages content for NowPlayingUtah.com and once your information is received, they will pull all applicable events and contact you if more details are needed.
