    About the artist:

    Michele Bitencourt is a Brazilian actress, singer, dancer and voice over actress. Entering the dance scene at age nine, she has always had dance as part of her life, and has performed in several dance festivals in Brazil including the Joinville Dance Festival, the largest dance festival in the world, with the Performing Arts Ballerina Academy. Michele is a singer and interpreter of many musical styles. She started singing on stage in the Bertold Brecht's play: "The Good Soul of Szechuan", merging her acting and singing talents together for the first time. She graduated at The Globe-SP Training Center for the Actor, becaming a professional actress by joining the Globe-Company in Brazil. She performed under great directors such as Ulysses Cruz , Ricardo Rizzo and Floriano Nogueira. Michele Bitencourt began her musical training in the Globe-SP, under the supervision and instruction of Roberto Anzai, conductor, arranger and instrumentalist as well as with speech therapist Monica Allegro. In Casa de Artes Operaria, Michele started doing musical theater, combining all of her acting, singing and dancing talents in a musical that describes the biography of Carmen Miranda called South American Way. Most recently Michele appeared on stage in Brazil in the famous Shakespearean play: The Two Gentlemen of Verona, playing the role of the female protagonist, Lady Julia. Michele Bitencourt is bi-lingual and works in voice acting as well. She has performed several voice-overs for animated characters (those in feature films, television series, animated shorts, and video games) and also has experience in radio/audio dramas and comedies, in radio and television commercials, audio dramas, and films in foreign language. Michele is locally seen as part of the team of reporters and VJ's for the Sports Program 100% Blue, in Portuguese for KBYU TV International..She also worked as voice over actress in numerous projects for KBYU. Michele has won an award for the voice over actress category of best laugh. Michele has been working in the entertainment scene in the areas of modeling, advertising, film, theater and television since 1999.
