The Covey Center for the Arts is named for Sandra Merrill Covey and boasts 42,000 total square feet, a 670-seat performance hall, three dance studios and a 1,300 square foot art gallery.

      05/25/12- 05/26/12	Dance Conservatory: The Empty Pot Covey Center for the Arts Dance Conservatory: The Empty Pot Presented by Covey Center for the Arts at Covey Center for the Arts May 25-May 26, 2012 Dance Conservatory's Concert is based on the children's book "The Empty Pot" by Demi. The story is about Emperor in China, he is trying to decided who should be the next successor to the throne. Emperor loved flowers and decided to let the flowers choose. All the children in the kingdom where given a seed to grow in a years time.

      02/07/12- Ongoing	UVU Wind Symphony Covey Center for the Arts UVU Wind Symphony Presented by Covey Center for the Arts at Covey Center for the Arts February 7, 2012 - Ongoing The Symphony Band is dedicated to the performance of the finest traditional and contemporary wind band literature. This ensemble, which is open to all university students by audition, provides members the opportunity to broaden performance and teaching skills by experiencing exemplary literature at the highest-level. The Symphony Band performs at least two concerts each semester and participates in an annual concert tour.

This year's theme is "Colors in Motion."

Guest performer Debbie Carroll Boyce from Texas, crowned Ms National Senior America, will emcee the event.
