Beehive Tea Room

The Bee Hive Tea Room is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City in the historic Clift Building, on the corner of 3rd South and Main Street. Decorated with an eclectic mix of second-hand furniture, the Beehive gives an atmosphere of having "stepped back in time" when tearooms in cities like New York and San Francisco were bohemian hangouts frequented by artists and writers. At the Beehive there are over 35 loose-leaf teas served English style in teapots, delicious David Rio Chai, French Press Coffees from Rimini, hot chocolate, Italian sodas, and tea smoothies. Drop in for some homemade English scones, or order from a light-lunch menu of daily soup, sandwiches, salads, and specials. The traditional "Afternoon Tea" service is also available every day beginning at 2:00.
