    Moab Arts and Recreation Center

    The Moab Arts and Recreation expands artistic opportunities for the community by offering arts, educational, cultural and recreational programs and events for children and adults. Since its formation in 1997, the Moab Arts and Recreation Center (MARC) has become a place where community is built. The renovated church, constructed in 1925, sat vacant for two years before volunteers brought the building and the idea of an arts center to life. This facility and its programs truly bring back the sense of "village" to our society. It's also the gathering place for weddings, turn of the century parties, and political events such as visits from the Governor or his staff when they take the Capitol on the road.
