This nine-piece Brooklyn collective has been blending the gritty sounds of gospel, soul and funk for more than a decade. Front woman Sharon Jones has a voice all her own that has the power, soul and depth of many of the R&B classic talents. Relentless touring has earned the group high praise for their dynamic live shows. With three critically acclaimed albums to their name, the group's latest recording, I Learned The Hard Way, is a celebration of, and a testament to, the soulful and powerful possibilities of music.
