I capture time – pure and simple – and in this, create memories. I began my photography career in 1978 – when I the photographer for a literary magazine, yearbook, small town paper, and Bryn Alan Studios assistant. From there, I photographed weddings – as a "one stop wedding shop" – decorating the cake, creating hairstyles for the bride and the bridal party (licensed cosmetologist), and then photographing the wedding. I moved on to fashion photography – photographing models and model "wannabes", and was soon hired and worked as a model, experiencing both sides of the camera. College beckoned, I graduated from USF (BS) and Nova Southeastern (MS) with degrees in elementary education/leadership. Elective coursework was entirely in the arts: drawing, painting, etc. Fast forward: Today, I photograph places and faces, creating memories of special events such as Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, private parties, children and teens (who want that model-like photo). Visit my website, you’ll understand in a moment when I say, "I capture time."
