Hailing from Mississippi, Robert has been an actor, writer, stage manager and director in theatre and film for over 20 years. He has received three international nominations for Best American Director to the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland for his work with the Human Rights Education Center of Utah. He was recently seen acting in the role of Mr. Harari in Lynn Nottage’s play “Ruined”. He has worked with local companies such as People’s Productions, Plan-B Theatre Company and Pygmalion Productions. He is also an educator of theatre arts for City Academy Charter High School and an instructor in Japanese Art & Culture for the University of Utah’s youth education program.
