Virginia Rasmussen

Virginia Rasmussen graduated from Weber State with a degree in Speech and Theatre Arts. She started her storytelling career acting out Goldilocks and the Three Bears at her children’s bedside. At the Weber County Library she soon found an opportunity to use her love for drama and entertaining. Virginia now entertains at schools, Senior Centers, festivals and fairs throughout the Intermountain area. She also gives workshops on storytelling. She belongs to the Ben Lomond Chapter of the Utah Storytelling Guild. Virgina has performed at the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival, and every year at the Weber State Storytelling Festival. She is a recipient of the Karen J. Ashton Storytelling award.
