Will Hill

Utah Division of Arts & Museums (UDAM) teaching artist.

Will Hill is a full blooded Muscogean Indian,
whose   traditional   name   is   Kabitcha   Feke Sogo.  He was raised in the traditional arts of Native  Storytelling,  speaking  his  own  native language,  as  well  as  the  languages  of  many other tribes.  Hill is a graduate of the College of Sante Fe, and has received acting training from well known actors such as William Shat- ner, Charlton Heston, and many others.   He has won numerous awards and performed in
over 3,000 venues.

Will Hill offers a wonderful storytelling work-
shop  where  participants  will  engage  in  the traditional art of folklore and legend.  Dancing and   singing   is   incorporated   in   each   ses- sion.  Those in the workshop will put together a presentation for their community.  Through this experience students will learn to appreci- ate  the  rich  culture  of  America’  s  first  peo- ple.  Ideal for Native American studies or the celebration of the American Indian.
