The American Heritage Youth Chorus is now enrolling for its 2016-2017 season, and all community youth are invited to audition.
Open to children and youth ages 5-18, the American Heritage Youth Chorus is an LDS-oriented choir which teaches musical excellence through a focus on sacred and uplifting music.
The choir presents regular concerts and firesides in the community and has performed with such artists as Alex Boyé, Dallyn Vail Bayles, Michael Ballam, Lex de Azevedo, and Lexi Walker.
Sponsored by American Heritage School, the choir rehearses in American Fork and is open to the community at large, regardless of school affiliation.
Children ages 5-8 may sign up for the Junior Chorus which presents two performances per year. Auditions are encouraged but not required.
Children ages 8-12 may audition for the Children’s Choir, which presents three concerts during the year and participates in a spring festival.
Youth ages 12-18 may audition for the Concert Choir. Youth ages 14-18 also have the option to travel on the choir’s annual performance tour.
