Big Band Tribute Auditions

When: Tuesday 15 June, 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Where: Draper Amphitheater (944 E Vestry Rd), east entrance

How: Enroll in our online audition system

Please come prepared to sing 32 measures of a song in the Big Band style. Piano accompaniment will be provided. If this time does not work for you, please contact the director, Valaura Arnold, at valsings100@gmail.com or Shauna Call, at shaunacall@yahoo.com before June 15th to arrange an alternative audition.

Details about the show itself: Draper’s Big Band Tribute show is easy on the rehearsal schedule. Individual numbers will be rehearsed as individuals/groups on your own and with the director. You will be expected to learn your music on your own and come to rehearsals prepared. Tech week with the live band will be Aug 16th-19th, with performances on Aug 20th and 21st. The show will be accompanied by the Riverton Jazz Band and a dance floor will be available for audience use. It is a popular show and we are so glad to have the opportunity to bring it back this year! Come join in the fun! See you soon.
