Big Fish Auditions

Auditions for Big Fish will be held Saturday, March 20, from 9am-noon at the Syracuse Community Center, 1912 West 1900 South in Syracuse. Video auditions will also be accepted through Sunday, March 21.

Please be prepared to sing a short excerpt (about 30 seconds) from a Broadway Musical in the style of the show. Songs from Big Fish are welcome and encouraged. An accompanist will be provided.  MP3 recordings will also be accepted. Please bring your completed audition form, conflict calendar and a headshot, if available.

Rehearsals will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings beginning April 10th. There will be five performances, June 16-21 at the Syracuse Arts Academy Amphitheater. Current state coronavirus guidelines will be followed for rehearsals and performances.

We held auditions last spring before the show was cancelled due to the coronavirus. Many of the people who were cast last year are returning, but we still have great roles available and many featured ensemble roles. We need people of all ages and abilities. This is a fun activity for the whole family!
