Virtual Volunteers Needed for the Virtual 12th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival Presented By Harmons

Craft Lake City is looking for virtual volunteers to help remotely with the Virtual 12th Annual Craft Lake City® DIY Festival® Presented By Harmons. For the first time, volunteers will have the opportunity to engage digitally in 3D, interactive, virtual galleries while assisting festival creatives and attendees. Interested community members can complete a simple online application to join the Craft Lake City volunteer team.

Virtual Volunteers will support festival artisans, STEM exhibitors, and festival attendees safely from home using their personal tablet, smartphone device, laptop or desktop computer. Helping remotely, they will work with Craft Lake City staff to monitor the platform during the event to ensure that the interactive virtual environment remains a fun, inclusive and safe environment. Shifts are as short as 2-hours and remote training will be provided.  Everyone is welcome to sign up, regardless of their level of tech-comfortability.

Volunteers will receive many virtual thanks and smiles for their assistance, get a behind-the-scenes virtual experience of the festival, interact with artisans, make new cyber friends, and show their support of our local art economy.
