Coordinator, Adult & University Programs

Ready to explore a career in art museums? Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Learning & Engagement, the Coordinator supports Museum-wide objectives by administering engaging and dynamic programming for adults and University audiences including collection and exhibition-related lectures, films, concerts, and panel discussions; health and wellness initiatives; community engagement initiatives, etc. The coordinator will develop partnerships and collaborate with University of Utah students, faculty, and staff—as well as the broader community—in order to create impactful and meaningful experiences for adult audiences. The Coordinator will help to advance the UMFA’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility ( IDEA ) across all aspects of the Museum’s work, and to being a museum where our communities find themselves represented, welcomed, engaged, and heard.
