Garbett for Mayor: Communications Director

The Garbett for Mayor is seeking an experienced communication professional to join this fast-paced team. The Communication’s Director will be an integral part of designing and implementing messaging and strategy.

Responsibilities:
Writing & messaging strategy
Running digital advertisements
Social media targeting
Creating new content for website, literature, etc.
Updating social media
Press relations
Graphic Design
Copy edit
Qualification
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter
Experience with targeted advertisement
Experience doing media buys
Graphic design experience preferred

Work Hours:
Full-Time
Typical 40 hour work week with some nights and weekends
