Moab Arts Re-Use Residency
Call for Artists - DEADLINE :
Seeking artists working at the intersection of re-use and community—applications for the 2023 Moab Arts Re-Use Residency are due by November 30, 2022.
The Moab Arts Re-Use Residency is a four week long artist residency program in partnership with Canyonlands Solid Waste Authority (who, arguably, run one of the world’s prettiest dumps) and WabiSabi Thrift Store that provides artists with studio space, project and community facilitation, a stipend, unlimited access to materials at local waste disposal and recycling sites, and the time and space to focus solely on their art.
We plan to accept four artists in 2023—two in March, and two in August.
Artists working in all media and at all stages of their careers are encouraged to apply.
