Utah Symphony | Utah Opera (USUO) is seeking outgoing individuals to work in the Patron Services Office assisting patrons of USUO with season and individual ticket sales. You are expected to provide superior customer service and accurate information to patrons and donors alike.

Essential Responsibilities include:
Assist in the selling of subscription packages, subscriber add-on tickets, and single tickets.
Assist patrons with ticket exchanges in accordance with USUO policy.
Identify patrons who are potential high-value subscribers (i.e. Abravanel and/or Peterson Society members) or group sales prospects and provide customer information to Patron Services and Group Sales Managers.
Process subscription forms submitted by USUO Outbound Sales office
Perform data entry projects as assigned
Attend performances and perform performance duty during evenings and weekends as required
Perform follow-up calls to patrons that may include special offers
Assist with other special marketing and development projects as needed
Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred
Education and Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
A positive demeanor, the ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, and work in a team environment are all essential for you to be successful in this position.
Must be available to work 12-24 hours per week. Shifts are Monday – Friday; 12PM – 6PM when there is no performance. 12PM – 30 minutes after performance start if there is a weekday performance. 2PM – 30 minutes after performance start on Saturdays with a performance. Closed most Sundays; 4 Sundays per year 11:45AM – 3PM for our Opera runs.
