The Art Factory is a Creative Industries Incubator. It is located at 193 W. 2100 S. South Salt Lake, UT 84115, conveniently next to the Trax Central Pointe Station Stop. The Factory has affordable studio, office, rehearsal & cultural activity space between 250-5,500 sq., ft.
Cost: Rents start at $400/month, utilities included.
