Job Summary:

The stage technician performs a variety of tasks associated with presenting live and broadcast productions. Events include the UtahPresents series, rentals and college events, spanning live music, convocations, lectures, film, dance, theatre, and mixed arts. Supported venues include proscenium theatres, black box spaces, concert halls, and found spaces ranging from atriums to fields to museum spaces to Vimeo. Most venues are on the University of Utah campus, but others may be located along the Wasatch Front.
