2nd Annual Jazz Night - A Benefit Concert for SADS

Join us on Sunday, August 28, at Carolyn’s Garden featuring the Take 5 Jazz Band as we celebrate our 30th Anniversary with an evening together in a magical garden full of music, food, drawing prizes, and great company to raise funds for the SADS Foundation!

With your help, we provide Awareness & Prevention, Patient & Family Support, Medical Education, Advocacy, and Research about arrhythmias for SADS families.

About the band – TAKE 5 has been entertaining audiences for years with its smooth, spicy, unique style of great Standards in Jazz, Blues, Bossa Nova, and R&B. Lead Singer John Lambert III comes from a family with a SADS condition.

Light refreshments will be provided and you may bring your own adult beverages.
