About Sam Payne and "One of a Million Stars" Concert: When the night is dark, sometimes the only light comes from the remembered stories of those we come to know as family. Stories such as these will be told by story musician Sam Payne. He has brought his stories and songs to concert halls in Canada, Bulgaria, Tokyo, and from coast to coast in the United States.
