Adventures in Robotics I: Introduction (Age 6-8) - Online

Explore basic robotics and programming using LEGOs WeDo Construction kits. Learn basic STEM concepts and apply that knowledge to your creativity as you build with motors, gears, pulleys, and sensors. Use pictorial-based programming to add another element to your ingenuity in this unique and interactive class that brings those LEGO bricks to life! Co-sponsored with Learning Through Robotics.

This is a 4-week camp that will take place online in real-time. This camp requires a laptop/computer and for you to download the necessary software (Windows, or Mac that have macOS 10.13 or older will work; newer versions of Mac cannot be supported). Loaner laptops may be available, please contact us for details. All other supplies are available via curbside pick-up Monday, October 5 from 4:30 – 5:30pm and drop-off on Thursday, October 29 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the University of Utah. More details will be shared the week before camp starts.
