After School Art (Ages 6-9)- CANCELLED

Meet us online for an after-school Art program. Each week we’ll explore a different artist, elements of art and medium. Kiddos will learn new skills and enjoy an art community online. Online lessons will include demonstrations, conversations, and time for young artists to share their work with each other. Themes allow youth to find their own voice and explore creative ideas.

This class will be taught in spanish and english.

About Miriam Chavez:

Hello! My name is Miriam. I was born and raised in Mexico. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and media like collage, watercolor, acrylics, and graphite. My favorite subjects are fashion and insects.

Class price includes an art kit with all lesson materials. Art Kits can be picked up at Kimball Art Center the week of September 7. Email reminders are sent each week in preparation for the class with a zoom link, specific supply list and summary!
