(Age 5-7) MINI STARS -POSTPONED

MARCH 24, 2020: We are postponing live performances, all movies in the Clarke Grand Theatre and all arts education classes until state guidelines tell us it is safe to congregate again. At that point, we will make further decisions on if and when rescheduling is possible.

A fun and engaging combination of dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Creative movement. Students will focus on proper technique and placement, stretching and conditioning skills, and simple choreography. Two dance styles will be featured each week, alternating between Ballet/Jazz and Ballet/Tap. Young dancers will build a strong foundation for future dance study in a fun and nurturing environment, and perform in a Christmas and Spring recital. Required Dance Attire: Girls: pink or black leotard (tank or short sleeve), dance skirt (optional), pink/tan tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes. Boys: White or Black t-shirt, black shorts or dance pants, and black ballet and tap shoes.
