Alta Summer Volunteer Day

Join us on July 16th at 4PM for the first of our Alta Summer Volunteer Days!

Join us up at Alta for the first of our Alta Summer Volunteer Days! We will be doing restoration work on the mountain, trail work, weed pull, and willow harvesting/planting from 4PM-6PM. Bring the family and friends, but no dogs please. Alta Ski Area is within the Little Cottonwood Canyon protected watershed.

After the volunteer day, feel free to bring your own musical instrument and join us at the Alta Town Park for food and music from 6PM-8PM. Registration coming soon!

DAVID HABBEN

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
