Art Exploration

Jewish Family Service Arts and Aging is excited to offer Art Exploration with Donna Pence this fall!  This course is all about increasing your understanding and appreciation of great art.  Each week we explore art from three perspectives:

1) We discuss an element of art

2) We identify that element as we examine famous historical pieces

3) We try our hand in creating our own art using these elements.

Our 8-week course will be held virtually, Tuesdays from 4:15 – 5:30, starting September 6, with the exception of 9/27and 10/18, which are Jewish holidays. On those weeks we will move the course to Thursday nights. Included is a fantastic materials packet (watercolors, oil pastels, charcoal pencils, watercolor paper etc.) that will be mailed to your home. The course and materials are free of charge!
