6-week fitness challenge with our Personal Trainer, Tess!
B-Fit B-For Christmas is a hybrid small group workout with in-person and virtual workouts. Tess will keep you working as we trek through this holiday season with Full body, cardio, and lower and upper-body workouts. Followed up with a great stretch session on Fridays.
Monday (6:30-7:30 am)-In person at Alta Canyon Sports Center
Tuesday-Thursday (6:30-7:30 am)- At home via App
Friday (7:30-8:30 am)- Mat Madness at home via YouTube
