RECEPTION FRIDAY AUGUST 7, 6 – 8 PM
ONLINE RECEPTION: To virtually “attend” the reception visit BDAC’s Facebook page where we will post a live video by our staff as they walk around the reception.
PHYSICAL RECEPTION: Our physical reception will be a little different because we are taking precautions to keep guests safe from COVID-19:
Face coverings will be mandatory indoors. Masks will be available at the front door for $1.
Building capacity limit is 50 guests at one time.*
Guests must stay at least 6 ft. away from others.
We will provide hand sanitizer at the door and sanitize the bathrooms and door handles throughout the night. The event will be possible to enjoy touch-free.
No food or live musicians.
No children under the age of 10, to keep social-distancing manageable and guest count lower.
Please enjoy the reception virtually if ANY of the following apply:
You have a cough, fever, difficulty breathing, body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea
You are immunocompromised or at high-risk for contracting COVID-19
You can visit the exhibitions beginning August 8 – September 19 with few or no other visitors around you.
