MARCH 15, 2020: Alta Ski Area will be suspending operations starting Sunday morning, March 15, until further notice to limit the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Join Tracy Aviary and expert birders this winter on skis in search of our feathered friends that call Alta home. Surveys will be held from 9 am to 12 pm on the 2nd Friday of every month to expand our bird list with non-breeding bird surveys at Alta. We hope you can make it!

DAVID HABBEN

Graphic Designer; UDAM Teaching Artist | David received his BFA in Illustration from Brigham Young University in 2006. In 2008, he became one of the first illustrators to become a Children’s Book Design Fellow at Chronicle Books in San Francisco. For the next eight years, David continued to work as an illustrator and designer, both in-house and freelance. Then, In 2017, he earned his MFA in Studio Art, with a Graphic Design emphasis, from The University of Utah.
