BooLights is a holiday-themed lighting event and most animals will not be available for viewing

BooLights at Utah’s Hogle Zoo is your family’s destination for not-so-scary frights and lights! As you travel through Zoo grounds at night, guests will encounter not-so-scary light displays that include a haunted graveyard, stormy pirate’s lair, kaleidoscopic light tunnel, and other themed entertainment and educational experiences. You can even test your knowledge at the kid-friendly wizard maze, open every night of BooLights, weather dependent.

As the moon begins to rise, satisfy your cravings in the Beastro to purchase a wide variety of delectable goodies and sweet treats exclusive to BooLights. Just be careful not to get sick as you take a spin on the Conservation Carousel!

Costume Restrictions: No full face-covering masks, weapons, or resemblance of weapons of any kind are allowed. Any costume deemed by Hogle Zoo staff as a risk or threat will not be allowed. Utah’s Hogle Zoo reserves the right to deny entry to any person whose costume is deemed inappropriate, crude, revealing, or graphic.
