Breathing Cold- Breathwork and Ice Bath Workshop

This workshop has three parts: 1) a discussion of the science behind breathwork and hydrotherapy. 2) a breathing session 3) the grand finale… the ice bath.

At this event, you’ll experience the physical benefits of increasing oxygen in your blood and exposing your body to the cold. But it goes far beyond health benefits. The real workout is in your mind. Can you do the uncomfortable? How deep within can you go? Can you learn to tolerate pain and adapt to your environment? Are you willing to face your fears?

Through the breath, you’ll tap into the alpha and theta brainwaves where you can access your subconscious mind, enabling you to change dis-empowering beliefs. In the ice, you’ll learn to embrace discomfort, conquer fears and finally let go of your baggage!

About the facilitator:

J. Paulus is a Wellness Coach who specializes in energy work, breath, vibration and cold water therapy to help people break addictions and change limiting belief patterns. In 2015, Paulus left on a five year journey around the world where he learned the skills to overcome his own trauma, negative habits and limiting beliefs. He specializes in helping men develop self-mastery and offers private coaching and energy healing sessions.
