The University of Utah Guest Writers Series presents an evening of poetry and nonfiction with authors Carol Moldaw, Cori Winrock, and Noam Dorr.

Carol Moldaw is the author, most recently, of Beauty Refracted (Four Way Books, 2018) as well as five other books of poetry. She is also the author of the novel The Widening (Etruscan Press, 2008). Through the Window was translated into Turkish and published in a bilingual edition in Istanbul as Penceredon/Through the Window; her work also has been translated into Chinese and Portuguese. Moldaw is the recipient of a Lannan Foundation Marfa Writer’s Residency, an NEA Creative Writing

UDAM Teaching Artist; Visual Artist | Trish Clay has worked for forty years teaching and counseling at all levels from elementary to college, including Job Corps and prison programs. She has been awarded many awards for her teaching, including two Fulbright scholarships to Japan and the Beverly Sorenson Award for Secondary Art Teacher of the Year. She has taught in China and Vietnam and traveled throughout the world, gathering ideas for her teaching. She loves to teach and interact with students of all ages, and continues to work with Girl Scouts, private individuals and the prison half way house for women.
