Change in the mountains, normal or not?

The Natural History Museum of Utah is proud to present Research Quest—an online educational resource for students who are at home, that promotes critical thinking–this week: change in the mountains.

This week’s investigations focus on change in the Uinta Mountains of Utah–change that’s impacting many mountains in the American West and around the world.

On Monday through Thursday, we’ll focus on the following questions:

Monday: What’s Killing these Trees? Part one

Tuesday: What’s Killing these Trees? Part two

Wednesday: Who wins and who loses in a rapidly changing forest? Part one

Thursday: Who wins and who loses in a rapidly changing forest? Part two

Friday: A question and answer session
