Chinese New Year Celebration

Treehouse Museum is celebrating all things Chinese this year as we gear up to host a major traveling exhibit, “Children’s China,” in the fall from October through December 2016. Families are invited to join us on Saturday, February 6 between noon and 4 PM for a children’s dragon parade, special art projects, and a Treehouse ParticiPlay® where children from the audience put on a costume and help tell a Chinese folktale. Preschoolers and their grownups can join the fun on Monday, February 8 at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM at Treehouse with a special celebration party for our youngest visitors.
